Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer (Full Stack) to join our team based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Shopify e-Commerce sites and applications. He will be responsible to lead and execute Shopify development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. As a Senior Shopify Developer (Full Stack), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Shopify websites using various programming languages, including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide solutions that drive business growth.

Experience
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience developing and maintaining Shopify e-Commerce sites and applications
Education & Professional Qualification
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor (16 years) or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer science, web development, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Shopify e-Commerce sites and applications, including custom themes and Apps.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Leading Shopify integrations with Third Party Services (Logistics, Shipping, Payment Gateways.
- Lead and execute Shopify development projects from start to finish
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers
- Optimize site performance and ensure the best possible user experience
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
- Keep up-to-date with Shopify best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Continuously improve development processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- The deep technical know-how of Shopify and how to setup stores from scratch
- Sound knowledge of Shopify REST APIs and Shopify Templates, and Shopify coding technology
- Experience with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and app development
- Experience with Shopify Apps and their integration with the Shopify ecosystem
- Technical knowledge of Shopify Flow
- Deep understanding of Shopify for B2C, and B2B (Wholesalers)
- Deep understanding of how to use Shopify as a headless eCommerce (for some particular stores)
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with other e-Commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce is a plus.
