Samba Bank is looking for a Senior System Administrator for its Information Technology Department based in Karachi.
Minimum Education: Graduate, preferably in Computer Science Professional
Qualification: Certification in Microsoft systems (MCSE, MCSA, MS Exchange, Virtualization, MS SQL etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform server administration and associated daily administrative and operational tasks.
Management of SAN Responsible for monitoring, tuning, change control, schedule tasks, and ensure health of operational services.
Perform fault diagnostics, troubleshoot and fix problems that occur within operational infrastructure.
Installation and configuration of software updates on windows/Linux server / clients.
Ensure regular backups of workloads AD, Exchange and File Servers etc.
Ensure the incorporation of changes highlighted vide internal audit / risks /information security / vulnerabilities assessment.
Perform analysis of existing processes & procedures and propose recommendations when changes are required.
Enduring IT Security Policy Framework is implemented.
Ensure maximum high availability within and between sites and datacenters.
Project planning and execution as and when required.
Coordination of vendors for upgrades and fixes.
Management of Support desk.
