Senior Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans & timelines for in-house software engineering projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define and execute testing strategies.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or a related field)
Proven experience of 5+ years in project management
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
