Senior Webflow Developer

Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a skilled “Webflow Developer” to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Webflow development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations and integrations. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to bring creative designs to life, ensuring seamless user experiences and performance optimization. You are expected to demonstrate very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Islamabad, Pakistan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance webflow applications using agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct application requirements gathering and design review sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Fix critical issues and maintain applications.
• Leverage industry and technical background to create high-level solutions with long-term value.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have 5+ years of experience with the following skill set:

• Strong experience in Webflow development for creating and maintaining responsive websites.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization and integrations.

• Ability to convert Figma/Sketch designs into high-quality, interactive Webflow websites.

• Experience with Webflow CMS for building and managing dynamic content.

• Understanding of SEO best practices and implementing on-page optimizations.

• Familiarity with animations and interactions using Webflow’s native tools.

• Capability to troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.

• Strong eye for design and user experience, ensuring pixel-perfect implementations.

• Experience of UI/UX design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc., is considered a big plus.

• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver on project goals.

• Experience working in agile environments with a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Very strong communication skills in English language and experience of working with foreign clients is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale projects with complex interactions.

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.

• Familiarity with other content management systems or platforms.

Education:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
