Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented SEO / SEM /SMM Executive

with 1 - 2 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong search engine optimization and marketing background, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.

- Create and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.

- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest SEO and SEM trends.

- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.

- Generate monthly reports on SEO/SEM performance and provide actionable insights.

- Assist in the development and execution of link-building strategies.

- Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.

- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

- Experience with PPC campaigns and tools like Google Ads.

- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated with industry trends.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a tech-driven environment.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads.

- Proven track record of increasing website traffic and improving SERP rankings.
