Seo & Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Encyphers is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will lead our digital marketing efforts, possess in-depth knowledge of SEO algorithms, and demonstrate expertise in various digital marketing strategies, including off-page optimization techniques. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and an excellent understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console, along with proficiency in the following off-page areas:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including off-page tactics such as guest posting, outreach campaigns, and link-building initiatives to increase website traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage successful PPC campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for maximum search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager to set up and manage tracking tags, pixels, and analytics scripts.
  • Implement off-page strategies for local SEO, including Google My Business optimization.
  • Manage reputation across platforms such as Yelp, Trustpilot, and other review sites for effective reputation management.
  • Monitor and optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Expert-level understanding of SEO algorithms, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing SEO strategies and improving search rankings.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
