Job Description
As an SEO Executive at TekSof, you will be responsible for optimizing websites to achieve improved rankings on search engines, enhancing organic traffic, and driving conversions. You’ll work closely with our content and digital marketing teams to implement effective strategies. We need someone with verifiable hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO who is willing to learn, grow, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- On-Page SEO: Implementing SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Off-Page SEO: Managing link-building campaigns, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach to boost domain authority and rankings.
- Conducting SEO audits and regular site analysis to identify technical SEO issues and optimize website structure.
- Analyzing competitors and industry trends to develop effective SEO strategies.
- Collaborating with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO guidelines are properly implemented.
- Using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to monitor, report, and continuously improve SEO performance.
- Staying up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Proven track record of executing SEO strategies that have improved organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or others.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with keyword research, website analysis, and link-building techniques.
- Familiarity with content marketing and its impact on SEO.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
