Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and identify trending topics to optimize content.
- Assist in on-page and off-page SEO, including optimizing meta tags, alt texts, headings, etc.
- Help with the technical SEO setup, identifying issues like broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimization.
- Support link-building strategies by identifying and reaching out to potential backlink sources.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Assist in preparing SEO reports and insights on performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on SEO industry trends.
