Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, enhance website visibility, and improve rankings on major search engines.
2. Perform keyword research, analysis, and optimization to expand our reach and increase relevant traffic to our digital platforms.
3. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz to identify opportunities for improvement and track SEO effectiveness.
4. Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO enhancements, ensuring compliance with best practices.
5. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all online content and platforms.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new developments in SEO to continuously refine and enhance our SEO strategies.
7. Prepare comprehensive SEO reports, highlighting key insights and performance metrics, to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
1. Approximately 1-1.5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
4. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
5. Solid grasp of keyword research, analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
6. Experience in conducting SEO audits and implementing technical SEO improvements.
7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
