Job Description
As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various SEO initiatives, including but not limited to backlink outreach, email prospecting, creating content briefs, keyword research, content optimization, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
- Backlink Outreach.
- Identify potential backlink outreach opportunities through competitor analysis and industry research. Developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Email Prospect Research:
- Research and compile outreach email addresses for potential link-building prospects. Craft effective outreach emails to engage with prospects.
- Content Brief Preparation:
- Create briefs for content writers, aligning with targeted search queries and SEO objectives.
- Keyword Research:
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content creation and optimization. Assist in analyzing and reporting on keyword performance using SEO tools.
- On-Page SEO
- We are optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, various terms, and internal linking structures to improve website visibility and rankings in search engines.
- Technical SEO
- Assist in finding issues related to Technical SEO such as broken links, redirects, etc
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Assist in documenting and creating Standard Operating Procedures for SEO tasks. Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines.
- General Support:
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management to support overall SEO and digital marketing initiatives.
Role requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in SEO and competence in ALL of the above-mentioned tasks.
- Must have experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
- Knowledge of content optimization tools such as frase.io would be a plus.
- Experience in using email marketing software would be a plus.
