Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Customize and modify existing Shopify themes to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
- Develop custom Shopify themes from scratch based on design specifications.
- Implement Shopify apps and plugins to extend store functionality as needed.
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
- Optimize Shopify store performance to ensure fast loading times and a seamless shopping experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify websites.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends, updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a portfolio showcasing custom Shopify development projects.
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language and the ability to create dynamic and responsive web pages.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Shopify APIs and the ability to integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, SEO principles, and web accessibility standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
