As a Social Media Content Associate at Goud, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality, relevant, and relatable content that empowers our users through every stage of pregnancy and early parenthood. Your words will inspire, inform, and create a sense of connection among our users as they navigate this incredible journey. You will collaborate with the marketing & content teams to ensure our content reflects our brand voice, aligns with our user's needs, and drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Creating content for our social media pages, primarily Instagram
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of information presented in the content.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to resonate with their needs, concerns, and aspirations
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in pregnancy, parenting, and related industries to maintain a fresh and relevant content approach.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality, clarity, and adherence to our content guidelines
- Liaise with our content development team to ensure consistency on all platforms
- Analyze the performance of social media posts using relevant metrics
- Tailor content strategies based on performance insights to optimize engagement and reach.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content pieces
- Develop content strategies and marketing techniques to create engaging content for companies
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Extensive knowledge of Canva and its tools
- Ability to research, understand, and communicate complex topics in an approachable and relatable manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
