Job Description

As the Social Media Coordinator at StudyWeg, you will be the main point of contact for students and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and presenting our platform. You’ll handle inquiries, create social media content, and contribute creative marketing ideas, with a focus on brand development, student engagement, and building lasting relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Company Culture & Values: Gain a deep understanding of StudyWeg’s Canadian-based company culture, core values, and our commitment to transparency, integrity, and student success, ensuring these principles are reflected in all your interactions and responsibilities.
  • Face of StudyWeg: Act as the face of StudyWeg during student recruitment campaigns, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications with students, partners, and visitors.
  • Student Engagement: Present StudyWeg’s platform and services to potential students, explaining available programs, the application process, and addressing any inquiries to provide a seamless experience.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Create engaging social media posts to promote StudyWeg’s services, events, and success stories. Offer creative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas that align with StudyWeg’s brand values to enhance the company’s online and offline presence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for students and visitors, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
  • Point of Contact for Visitors: Be the primary contact for students and visitors coming to the office, offering guidance and support while representing StudyWeg’s commitment to customer care.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Processes: Fully understand StudyWeg’s recruitment and application processes, enabling you to assist students from initial inquiries through to application completion.
  • Brand Development: Provide creative insights and suggestions to improve StudyWeg’s brand and enhance student recruitment efforts, leveraging a deep understanding of our Canadian roots and global reach.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback from students and visitors to improve services and operations, regularly reporting outcomes to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Associate and the wider team to ensure alignment in recruitment strategies, office operations, and marketing efforts.
