Responsibilities:
Social Media Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs.
Target Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and define target audiences based on demographic, behavioral, and interest-based factors to optimize campaign performance.
Ad Campaign Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across different platforms and campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad performance and achieve set goals.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to compare the effectiveness of different ad elements and improve overall campaign performance.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in running successful social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and proficiency in utilizing the ad platforms of Meta (Facebook Ads Manager), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.
