Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Content Editor & Newsletter Designer to assist with weekly communications across all our businesses. This position is ideal for a fresher or graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in content editing, graphic design, and digital marketing. You will help create visually appealing newsletters and reports by editing content, designing graphics using Canva, and converting documents into PDF formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Gathering & Refinement: Source and organize content from AI-generated tools, refining it to create engaging newsletters and reports.
- Proofreading & Editing: Edit and proofread AI-generated content to ensure alignment with brand tone, style, and objectives.
- Newsletter Design: Use Canva to design visually appealing newsletters and weekly communications.
- Document Formatting: Format documents in Word, incorporating visuals, headings, and design elements, then convert to PDF for distribution.
- Weekly Content Distribution: Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters and reports, ensuring timely and organized delivery across multiple businesses.
- Graphic Design: Create and edit images and graphics in Canva for inclusion in newsletters and communications.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with team members to gather accurate content and maintain on-brand communication.
- Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of newsletters.
