Duties:
- Managing social media channels.
- Create content calendar for social media (FB, Insta, Linkedin, Twitter).
- Community management.
- Campaign reporting.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Conducting research in relation to content strategy plans and competitor analysis.
- Meeting to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes.
- Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Media, Business, Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 1 years proven work experience in Digital Marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills/ pro-active.
- Conveying fresh and creative ideas.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
