We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Pink Socials. As a creative and strategic thinker, you'll develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
1. Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator, XD, and Figma.
2. Craft compelling content (captions, descriptions, blog posts) to engage our audience.
3. Plan, create, and schedule posts across social media platforms.
4. Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing strategies.
5. Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
6. Develop and maintain our brand kit, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
7. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media with overall marketing goals.
9. Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ad campaigns.
10. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
11. Stay up-to-date with social media platform changes and best practices.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, XD, Figma).
3. Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
4. Proven experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
5. Strong branding and marketing expertise (brand kit development, brand guidelines).
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
8. Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
