Job Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving growth across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and experience with data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create, manage, and monitor social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing, high-quality graphics and write engaging posts to promote services, news, and updates.
- Community Management: Respond to comments and messages and interact with followers to build a strong online community and foster customer relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize and refine strategies.
- Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions within allocated budgets.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance client online presence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the services-based industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong content creation and graphic design skills, with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
