Responsibilities
● Social media calendar creation and execution for multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
● Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
● Set KPIs for social media campaigns, including targets for engagement rate, reach, follower count, and conversions to measure campaign performance.
● Create, edit, and publish engaging social content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) on multiple platforms by coordinating with internal departments.
● Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor customer reviews.
● Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
● Work closely with the brand team to create and coordinate social media marketing strategies that promote engagement across different channels.
● Identify and build relationships with influencers and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, influencers, and technologies in social media.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing.
● 2-3 years experience preferred.
● Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
● Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, or other social media content creation and design tools.
● 1+ years of social media management experience will be a plus point but is not necessary.
