Social Media Manager

Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy. Your role will involve creating and curating engaging content, building and maintaining the brand's online presence, and fostering meaningful connections with the target audience across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

· Collaborate with the Graphics team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

· Identify target audiences, trends, and industry insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.

· Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and track their effectiveness.

2. Content Creation and Curation:

· Create, source, and curate high-quality, engaging content with the help of a designer for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.

· Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting of content across all platforms.

· Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.

3. Community Management:

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.

· Foster genuine interactions and build relationships with followers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

4. Platform Management:

· Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others as relevant to the brand.

· Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

5. Campaign Execution:

· Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, promotions, and collaborations.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

· Regularly track, measure, and analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, Shopify Stores, and third-party analytics platforms.

· Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.

7. Collaboration:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall brand strategies.

· Coordinate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders for joint promotional activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role and plus point for e-commerce management.

· Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.

· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Adaptability to evolving social media trends and algorithm changes.
