Job Description
We’re looking for talented and motivated Social Media Associates to join our Karachi Office. The ideal candidate must showcase good written and verbal communication skills while displaying excellent attention to detail. The primary responsibility includes creating refreshing and relevant creative content for various platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
- Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct content.
- Storyboarding or translating ideas to the design team.
- Steering or writing scripts and jingles.
- Overseeing TVC/DVC and photo shoots.
- Understanding different language styles and communication tones that appeal to various target markets.
- Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice and brand DNA.
- Contribute to ideation for digital and conventional campaigns and various creative materials across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Producing content to be used in static, animated and video content that effectively communicates key value propositions to their target audiences.
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- A minimum of 02 years of Agency Experience.
- Experience in writing for digital and conventional media.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and showcases attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – written & verbal.
- Ability to work meticulously under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams – Design/Strategy/Creative etc.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback.
