Job Description
As the Social Media Manager for Weaverbird Group, you will be responsible for orchestrating the social media presence, content strategy, and audience engagement across multiple platforms for the four nested companies. You will collaborate closely with sales agents, oversee content creation, manage posting schedules, and optimize performance across various social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with each company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure visually compelling and engaging content creation.
- Review, edit, and approve content before publication to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Optimize visibility on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies for increased engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with sales agents across each platform to align social media efforts with sales objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure social media strategies complement overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Generate regular reports outlining key social media metrics, campaign performance, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in team management or coordination is preferred.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visual content.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
