Broomstick Creative is looking for Social Media Manager
Social Media Manager main responsibilities but not limited to:
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles)
Qualifications for Social Media Manager
- 3-5 years of social media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as SocialBakers, Hootsuite, SproutSocial or HubSpot
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or any other editing applications is a plus
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Excellent team work and networking skills
