Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital creative strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital creatives, including designers, developers, and content creators.

Overseeing the social media strategy for the brands ensuring it aligns with the objectives.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing and engaging digital assets, including websites, social media graphics, and multimedia content.

Work with content creators to craft compelling and relevant content for various digital channels.

Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines.

Stay current with digital trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to digital projects.

Work closely with brand team and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into creative digital solutions.

Review and approve digital assets to ensure they meet company standards and deliver a positive user experience.

Analyze the performance of digital projects and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Develop and Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals.

 

Requirements:

Graduate

Demonstrated Social Media expertise.

Proficiency in Social Media platforms.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong ethics and reliability in managing Social Media.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
