Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring our social media channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a night shift environment is preferred.
