Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative social media manager to join our team. In this role, They will develop content and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our customers across multiple channels.

 

Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Developing and managing a social media content calendar, including Creating, planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across multiple social media platforms
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Responding to customer queries through email and calls.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of our social media presence.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements to our social media strategy

 

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a passion for fashion, be highly organized, and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

 

Required Skills:

  • Good aesthetic & design sense
  • Ability to shoot and edit content.
  • Passionate about fashion & Clothing
  • Basic Graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Have a strong interest in fashion.
  • Tech Savvy.
