The Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating impactful digital strategies and delivering outstanding results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development: Crafting tailored social media strategies that align with clients’ goals and target audiences.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to create engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content.
  • Platform Management: Managing multiple social media accounts, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent engagement across platforms.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Designing, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Management: Engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering online communities for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including SEO specialists, designers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Trendspotting: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven success in social media marketing and campaign management.
  • Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media tools. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
