We are expanding our team and looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing conversions across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track competitors’ social media activities and identify new growth opportunities.
Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and UGC (User-Generated Content).
Develop and execute social media contests, giveaways, and campaigns to boost engagement.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling social media captions.
Ability to analyse social media performance and generate insights.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic tools (preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of SEO & digital marketing strategies is a plus.
