Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, youtube & TikTok ) to achieve specific marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, Photos, videos, and written posts With the assistance of the editing team, that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster and grow an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track the performance of campaigns, and provide insightful data-driven reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-backed improvements.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and optimise ads for maximum ROI.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Social Media Calendar: Capable of creating a social media calendar for the upcoming 1-2 weeks, scheduling posts, and consistently implementing this plan.
- Collaboration: Establish connections with influencers, bloggers, and celebrities to facilitate mutually beneficial collaborations that amplify our social media presence, ultimately driving higher reach and growth for both parties.
- Client Engagement and Booking Management: Respond promptly to business leads, nurture prospective clients, facilitate online bookings, schedule studio meetings, oversee the booking process, and generate final invoices.
- Pricing and Proposal Creation: Proficiently determine the cost of customised packages and prepare quotations in response to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Business Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and business development strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret both social media and business metrics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
