We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to develop and implement effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, analytics, and trends. They will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our social media content to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following and engagement.
- Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Know email marketing tools usage, how to schedule email newsletter.
- Have good design sense.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
