Responsibilities
- Developing strategy: Defining the organization's social media strategy, including storytelling di, and understanding social media platforms and algorithms
- Creating content: Creating and prioritizing content, and ensuring consistency and thematic content
- Managing platforms: Sharing and publishing content across social media platforms, and maintaining an up-to-date content calendar
- Engaging with the community: Understanding the community and what content will be valuable to the organisation, and engaging with individuals through posts and replies
- Collaborating: Collaborating with media person and bringing new perspectives and ideas
- Communicating: Communicating expectations and demonstrating legitimacy and authenticity

Required Skills
- Ability to write compelling, concise, and engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Basic skills in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visually appealing posts.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like CapCut or InShot for short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging social channels.
- Skill in fostering online engagement through thoughtful responses and interactions with followers.
- Experience working with influencers, collaborators, or brand advocates.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- A degree or certification in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics).
