Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist at BPO Consult. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, managing communications, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and handling public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, images, videos) tailored to specific platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns and promotions.
- Run paid social media campaigns and manage budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising on social media is a plus.
