Someone who takes joy in creating interesting and engaging social media content, strategies, and Paid & organic marketing plans.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Must be able to produce Social media content calendars and manage them with content in advance for clients and in-house brands.
- Creating a top notch content strategy to drive organic traffic and meeting business objectives
- Expertise in creating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snap chat, and other relevant social media networks.
- Understanding of web traffic metrics, as well as a solid understanding of ethical Traffic Generation techniques from Social Media Platforms.
- Always keeping an eye on the most important metrics that prove a campaign's success
- Extracting and gathering bi-weekly analytics reports of full digital performance into a visual dashboard.
- Writing Landing pages copy, attention grabbing headlines and optimizing the conversion rate
- Liaise with designers at micro level to ensure content is relevant and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
- Ability to create social media strategy proposals for the clients.
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
Minimum Qualification:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Social media content creation. I.e. Designing, Writing, and Posting on Social media channels commercially.
- Graduation Degree in Media Studies
- Passionate about the latest trends in beauty, fashion and lifestyle
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Superior English Copywriting and Hash tagging skills.
- Strong social media skills
- Be able to work well independently and within a team
- Be able to work within deadlines and timescales
- Have good understanding of the media industry
