Job Description

As a Social Media Handler/LinkedIn Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the online presence and brand identity of Meraki. This position is dedicated to elevating the visibility of the company and Executives on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy and Creation:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for LinkedIn and other social media channels.

Craft engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.

2. Brand Management:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across all social media platforms.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image.

3. Executive Branding:

Collaborate with executives to enhance their LinkedIn profiles.

Create and share thought leadership content showcasing the expertise and insights of the leadership team.

4. Community Engagement:

Foster meaningful engagement with the online community through discussions, polls, and other interactive content.

Identify and connect with industry influencers and thought leaders to expand the company's network.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, along with insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Stay Current on Social Media Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.

Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the company at the forefront of social media best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in social media management and LinkedIn Growth.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with C-level executives on personal branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about content.
