Software Architect Team Lead

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on software architecture and design.
Extensive knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, or Node.js).
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and marketing teams.
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
