IngenicoTribe is looking for talented Software Business Analyst who can provide analysis and support for existing and new projects. Should be able to understand client requirements and user journeys and make sure that the developed solution is in sync with them.
Responsibilities & Skills:
• Business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test plans.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Solid Business Analysis, documentation, and process re-engineering skills.
• Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Outstanding experience developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications.
• Interview business clients to analyze their business requirements and recommend and design process improvements to their business processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the client and development team.
• Conduct User Interface (UI) analysis with the development & business team to validate solution accuracy.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Understands agile reporting and metrics as well as scrum principles, and practices.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems.
• Excellent abilities to write functional design documents, business process documents and user stories.
• Ability to translate functional/non functional business requirements into easy to understand documents for the delivery team.
• Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.
• Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in using wireframing/mock-up tools (e.g, Snagit, Visio, Figma, Miro etc).
• Working Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
• Take ownership and responsibility for specific project Components or Features.
• Experience on QA and test case development (Dev / UAT Environment).
