- Proposal and Gig Writing:
- Craft persuasive and tailored proposals for various freelance platforms.
- Create compelling gigs to attract potential clients.
- Ensure proposals and gigs align with client needs and business objectives.
- Agency Profile Management:
- Manage and optimize agency profiles on freelance platforms.
- Keep profiles updated with recent projects, client testimonials, and relevant skills.
- Monitor and respond to client queries and requests on these platforms.
- Meeting KPIs:
- Meet and exceed set KPIs for business development activities.
- Regularly report on business development progress and achievements.
- Adapt strategies to changing market trends and client needs.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure client requirements are met.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
