This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Development Manager JAVA at Avanza Solutions in Karachi Division. The Software Development Manager will be responsible for software development, team leadership, software design, project management, and distributed systems on a day-to-day basis.

- Team Leadership and Project Management skills
- Experience in leading and managing software development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in JAVA programming
- Previous experience in digital banking or fintech industry is a plus
