*About the Role*
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex D365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members.
*Key Requirements*
1. 10+ years of experience in D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Apps
2. Proven experience in designing and developing complex D365 CE and Power Apps solutions
3. Experience working with clients in the USA
4. Ability to work overlapping USA hours
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
