We are seeking a visionary Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to lead CyberVision International's growth initiatives with a strong focus on client management, strategic planning, and driving growth in the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing government and donor-funded projects, exploring new business domains, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, strategy building, and cross-departmental collaboration. Additional responsibilities include proposal writing, and opportunity identification.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development and Growth Planning
● Develop and execute a forward-looking business strategy with clear growth targets and actionable steps.
● Identify and pursue new local and international business opportunities in ICT, government, donor-funded, and corporate sectors.
● Build a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
● Monitor global and regional ICT trends to keep CyberVision International at the forefront of innovation.
Networking and Client Relationship Management
● Establish and nurture relationships with government bodies, donor agencies, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
● Represent CyberVision International at business expos, industry forums, and global events to enhance market visibility.
● Act as the primary liaison for client communication, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Strategic Planning and Execution
● Lead the business development department and oversee the entire process of tender scouting, proposal design, vetting and submission.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and drive growth.
● Provide regular progress reports, KPIs, and revenue forecasts to senior management, offering actionable insights for strategic adjustments.
● Expand into emerging business domains by identifying trends, assessing feasibility, and creating actionable roadmaps.
