Sr. Marketing Graphics Designer & Social Media Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing professional who excels in graphic design, video editing, social media strategy, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing graphics, produce engaging videos, and develop effective social media strategies. They will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs.
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

 

Video Editing

  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
  • Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
  • Create rough and final cuts.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

 

Social Media Strategy

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content on social platforms.
  • Administer all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Research new social media trends and hashtags
