Devflovv is looking for a Senior Python/Django Developer (5+ experience) to join us for a full-time position.
We are looking for a Senior Python/Django Developer to build functional and efficient server-side applications.
Senior Python/Django Developer responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. If you’re a seasoned developer with a love for back-end technologies, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Help design and implement functional requirements
- Build efficient back-end features in Python
- Integrate front-end components into applications
- Manage testing and bug fixes
- Prepare technical documentation
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
- Coach junior team members
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
- Develop cloud-based Python Django software products
- Develop Angular JS applications
- Working closely with UX and Front-end Developers
- Participating in architectural, design and product discussions
- Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption
- Working in an agile environment with an excellent team of engineers
Skills:
- Must be proficient in English
- Python, Django, Django REST Framework for backend API
- AWS(EC2, RDS, S3, Route-53, Codepipeline, Elastic Beanstalk, cloud watch, SNS, AWS lambda)
- MySQL, SQLite, and PostgreSQL for database management. .
- ReactJs, ExpressJs(little), Nodejs, MongoDB
- JWT, OAuth, Django rest auth, basic and session authentication
- Jquery, bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and some frontend library
- pyttsx3, bs4, speechRecognition, urlib3, imap, wxpython, Tkinter, winspeech
- Elastic Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
- React Native (for app development)
- ReactJs for Frontend Development
- Experience with Google’s FIREBASE for authentication and other services
- DevOps experience, deploying Virtual Machines, Containers/Docker, adding certificates, etc.
- Have used Github and Gitlab, Slack, various issue tracking systems (Trello, etc)
- 5+ years’ experience of Python coding skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is a plus

- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
