Job Description
The Social Media Executive will develop and maintain engaging contents across various social media platforms, monitor trends, and implement strategies to maximize reach and engagements, analyze performance metrics, and report key insights, all while collaborating social media manager and marketing team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, 4+ years
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity in social media management tools
- Experience with analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Managing and Creating Content
- Identify target audiences and create content strategies to engage and grow our social media communities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a cutting-edge and effective social media presence.
- Create compelling, shareable content for various social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Foster positive online communities and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
