Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Software Developers and/or Account Managers to determine appropriate configuration of the Company’s software for a particular clients and ensure the successful the configuration and deployment of the software application is completed for the client.
• Review client specifications, perform configuration and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Engage with clients as requested, either in one-on-one meetings, conference calls, emails and/or documented specifications in support of the project delivery. Good written and verbal English communication in a professional business environment is required.
• Work closely with the development team on prioritization and clarity of customize requests. Ability to thoroughly document customer requirements and to perform validation of those requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Investigate and work with customer/internal team to identify and escalate issues reported by the customer.
• Setup and Configure the Company’s software applications to meet the customer’s requirements and verify that the deliverables meet the customer requirements.
• Document requirements for and ensure testing and validation of reports and dashboards based on customer requirements and business needs
• Document requirements for development team on customer needs unserved by solution
• Determine training requirements, create training materials and ensure delivery of product trainings to clients
• Transition client and portal to customer support staff upon completion of implementation projects
Experience:
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience working with customers in the United States (US) , with good written and verbal English communication skills in a business professional environment.
• Complete understanding of implementing and configuring software in a SaaS based product environment.
• Hands on experience in building user acceptance testing (UAT) test cases and performing functional QA to ensure that the configured software meets the customer business requirements.
• Able to write and understand technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work.
• Working on the QA side of software or with developing software is a plus.
