Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior UIUX / Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing robust user experiences that define the shape of our product. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean and artful web design and possess superior user interface design skills. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and mockups for intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate client's product visions by researching and prototyping user experiences
- Design for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify and solve design problems
- Make strategic design decisions for core and new functions/features
- Use a user-centered design approach and rapidly iterate designs
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ideation and design of marketing posts
- Design mobile apps according to industry guidelines
- Design complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Use UX best practices for mobile-first and responsive design
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong visual and UI design skills
- Proficiency in UX software such as InVision, Figma, Balsamiq, or XD
- Ability to understand client needs and design complete user experiences
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about UX design and latest trends/technologies
Plus Points
- Experience working with the Fin-tech industry.
- Experience working with blockchain technology.
- Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
- Experience designing Blockchain/DeFi apps.
