Position: Tech Support and SQA Engineer

Job Timing: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Chat Support: Engage with clients via live chat to address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
2. Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between our development team and clients, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Software Testing/QA: Conduct comprehensive software testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. This includes developing test cases, executing test plans, and reporting and tracking defects.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and test reports, to support clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with QA processes.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
