Job Description

Data Centre Integrated Software Solution is looking for the profiles of Technical Business Analyst.

 

Job Role and Responsibilities

The job duties of Business Analyst will not be limited to the following.

· Develop business cases to help clients transform business values.

· Experience working as a Business/Reporting Analyst

· Experience writing User Stories and Epics for custom Software development in an Agile environment

· Experience with Wireframing and making Mock Ups/ High Fidelity Prototypes

· Experience with Excel and Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint)

· IT programs development or design experience or equivalent

· Professional software development work in an Agile environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff

· Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

· Experience gathering, documenting, and communicating user requirements

· Document current business processes and use cases, providing recommendation for future operational scenarios

· Capture, analyze and document business requirements from clients

· Facilitate clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop a solution that best fit the business case

· Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application

· Support QA activities including system integration and user acceptance testing

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in system development projects, ideally from IT/consultancy environment

· Excellent client facing and communication skills

· Strong analytical problem resolution skills

· Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data

· Strong analytical skills and a passion to work with large sets of data

· Inquisitive fast learner for industry trends and new technology capabilities

· Interest to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients

· Plan and develop effective reporting solutions by utilizing engineering best practices and using various BI tools

· 2+ years of demonstrated experience with business intelligence and visualization tools creating management dashboards

Experience in the analysis and description of business processes across the services provided by the organization; as well as operations IT or reporting.
