Position Overview:

 

As a Technical Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Jira, and Salesforce.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Develop detailed technical specifications and workflows to support business needs.

- Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize business metrics.

- Manage and track project progress using Jira, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

- Work with Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data, providing insights for business strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or a related role.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizations.

- Familiarity with Jira for project management and tracking.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce for customer relationship management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
