Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and management, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Exceptional ability to manage, motivate and lead teams of software developers, SQAs and designers.
- Overseeing and supporting the analysis, design and development of software development and integration projects.
- The ability to evaluate technical decisions, build project timelines and plans and ensure best technical practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile project development methodology and practices.
- Able to interact with client teams and client managers effectively. Must be able to foresee any potential issues and escalations based on the client discussions. Ability to establish excellent client relationships.
- Commitment to increasing efficiency in the workplace by continuously automating parts of the software engineering process.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are mandatory.
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience in any programming language
- 6 to 12 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
- Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, and SLA
- Hands on experience on project management tools
