Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with development teams using both React and Django[Python] to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate with clients and team to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and roadblocks, providing timely updates.
- Support projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), following Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficient in creating and managing project documentation to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and project best practices.
- Work closely with team members to address any technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Must be fluent in English, as you will be communicating with clients.
- Solid hands-on experience with both React and Django [Python] frameworks.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Must manage the boards and documentations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure projects stay on track.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp,).
- Should be proficient in managing project on Jira boards.
- Have previous experience in in managing at least 6 -7 team members.
- Must know React and Django [Python] languages.
- An extroverted personality is a plus.
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is a plus.
